Cats:  It's a known fact:  Cat owners are just cool!  And don't let anybody tell you cats don't have personality, or that cats just sleep all day, or that cats aren't great pets!  HA!  Any cat owner knows cats are a volcano of personality, cats can get up enough speed to slide a good 30 feet on a wood floor, and cats (sorry dog owners) are too SMART to learn "Heel", "Sit", or "Stay"!  And CPC loves taking care of cool Chicago cats!

So the next time you're getting ready to leave town on business or pleasure, and your cat looks at you with that "You're getting in that cat-carrier before I am" look, think CPC!  No stress, no mess.  Your cat stays in the familiar environment of your own home.  Same litterbox, same sleeping spot, same food.   No kennel sickness, no loud nights, and NO CAT CARRIER MADNESS!  Besides, we'll get the mail and newspapers too.

What is involved in the service?  First, a CPC representative comes by your home to meet you and your cats, and sign you up for the service.  We have you fill out a short information form that tells us where you keep food, bowls, supplies, and other items necessary to properly care for your cats, emergency contact phone numbers, alarm or other security information, as well as the dates of service.  We pick up a minimum of two sets of working house keys (please check these in your door before your signup!), or arrange with your doorman to pick up keys while you are away.  All CPC fees are due in advance, so we also pick up a check for your initial visits and setup fee, or we can also take Visa or Mastercard.

Before you leave town, you can always call CPC (773-477-0136) to confirm that your service dates are booked.  Once service has begun, CPC visits your cats at least once per day to feed them and give them fresh water, scoop their litterbox, bring in your mail and newspapers, and we can alternate lights and blinds, if necessary, to give your home a "lived in look".  CPC sitters are also experienced in arming and disarming security systems.

When you leave town, our goal is to give your cats purr-fect care!
