THE SANFORD PAGE Sanford was found wandering in the park with nothing but a chewed string around her neck. Carrie & Ted never did find her owner, despite all their efforts. So ... Sanford found new parents! Some things are just meant to be, aren't they? They believe she's about 6 months old - regardless of her age, she's definitely a playful puppy!
